One Direction or Five Directions? Plus, Superbowl performance?

With One Direction currently in talks about a break in 2016, there are even more rumours about the hugely successful boyband splitting. After five years together, the future of the band seems uncertain.

However, the boys claim they are just taking some time to work on their solo projects. With Zayn Malik leaving in March this year, fans are likely to be worried about the future of their favourite pop group. The remaining members of the band have stated their intentions to continue as a four piece after their hiatus.
Zayn left in order to pursue his solo career, while Harry Styles has apparently written 20 solo songs already, and is working on his own music whenever he gets a chance. With all members working on solo careers, will they have a chance to get back together any time soon?

Don’t want the band to part ways? Missing One Direction’s Zayn? Why not get him in miniature form along with the rest of his bandmates?

Whatever comes of this break, it seems they could be leaving the year on a high as rumours are spreading that the boys could be the stars of the Superbowl half time show in 2016! This is a massive opportunity for the stars, putting them in the place of the likes of Madonna, Bruno Mars and even Michael Jackson! To be in the mix for a possible performance is huge news!

They are kicking off their last UK Tour in a while today at London’s Apple Music Festival.

Are you a 1D fan? What do you think about their latest move into solo projects?
